The Brief

A spot that can't be shot.

Land.com wanted to tell the story of the dream - buying a raw piece of land and turning it into a home that lasts generations. Beautiful brief. Unshootable. Not in a timeframe a brand can commit to. Not with the seasonal consistency a campaign needs.

So we built it. Every frame, every season, every brick. Pure CG.

The Approach

Make the impossible footage feel earned.

The trick with full-CG narrative is making it feel inevitable, not artificial. We built the land, the trees, the seasons, and the home from scratch - but designed every shot with the texture and pacing of a film crew that had spent two years on the property.

Light was the lead character. Soft morning light through pines. Late afternoon raking across siding. Storms rolling in. The kind of atmospheric detail that makes the viewer stop registering "this is CG" and start feeling the place.

The build philosophy: nothing decorative. Every blade of grass, every seasonal shift, every interior beam was there because the story needed it. Production-grade discipline applied to a spot that could have easily become a CG showreel.
